Meet The Team

Founder, Director & Holistic Educator

Even as a child I was intrigued with mixology including using my little brother's truck to mix chickpeas, rose petals and whatever 'ingredients' I could find in the kitchen without my parents knowing (they still don't know to this day!!) to complete my perfect fragrance which I hid under my other little brothers cot.......so I guess my journey for holistic therapies began when I was around 6 even if the scent was not quite how I envisioned it. Did it put me off? No. Instead I followed what was expected of me and achieved my academic abilities and became a HR Professional. My journey and experiences enabled my to feel inspired to follow my passion with a much bigger purpose and zest of life to help, support and inspire others using a holistic approach whilst still utilising my other acquired skills, knowledge and experience. I am now a Community Leader, Author, Advocate, Representator on Media, Menopause Champion, Women's Health, Dementia Champion, one of three core members of Local Mental Health Forum, member of the Local Independant Advisory Group for the Police, Wellbeing Community Champion, Founder of the Men's Support Group, Trauma Informed Champion, Mental Health First Aider, Suicide Prevention, Clinical Research Ambassador, Relationship Mediator and my holistic range includes Mindfulness, Kindfulness, Heartfulness, Reiki, Naturopathy, Herbalism, Aromatherapy, Mindful Yoga, Mindful Walking, Mindful Stretching, Mindful Relaxation, Mindful Eating and Mindful Drinking. I am passionate to learn everyday and use every day life to enable me to be a better person and human so that I can use this continuous development and help to inspire, support, guide and mentor others to live an enriched, fulfilled and joyful life everyday. Blessings, Peace love Manjit x

Life Coach & Head of Creative Communications
Gee Gill
I have always been a dreamer at heart, someone whose imagination knew no bounds and soared into realms where the ordinary transformed into the extraordinary. From an early age, my creativity became my refuge, a place where I could escape and immerse myself in endless possibilities. Whether I was drawing whimsical worlds, losing myself in the enchanting stories of Disney films, or having conversations with fairies and mystical creatures in the garden, I found peace in these imaginative pursuits. These moments, often fleeting yet deeply meaningful, became my sanctuary, a space where my spirit felt free and unburdened. However, while creativity offered me an escape, it also became a bittersweet companion. School life, with all its challenges, introduced a stark contrast to the safe haven my imagination provided. The teasing and bullying I endured often left me feeling isolated and alone. My dreams, though vivid and colorful, were sometimes overshadowed by the harsh realities of being an outsider. I struggled to find friendships that felt genuine, and many days were filled with feelings of loneliness. But through it all, I learned to lean on my inner strength and stay true to who I was. As adolescence unfolded, life presented even more obstacles, including a difficult family dynamic and emotional struggles that threatened to overshadow my sense of self. It was a time when the weight of the world seemed heavier. Yet, despite the turmoil, I remained resolute. I clung to my core values: kindness, empathy, and an unwavering belief in the power of love to heal. Though I often felt like I was walking through darkness, I knew that I had the power to bring light to others. I vowed to be a source of comfort and support for those who faced their own battles, just as I had faced mine. This promise to myself and to the world became my guiding principle, and over time, it crystalized into a mantra that I carry with me every day: "We have enough hate, we'll never have too much love." This mantra became my compass, a reminder that in a world often rife with negativity, love is a resource that is always abundant and capable of transforming lives. Today, I find fulfilment in my role as the Head of Creative Communications and Life Coach for Buddhi, where I am able to blend my passion for creativity with my deep commitment to helping others. Every day, I get to inspire individuals who are seeking positive change and transformation in their lives, encouraging them to embrace their own unique creative gifts and find joy in the journey. Through my work, I strive to spread kindness, joy, and the healing power of art, knowing that even the smallest spark of creativity can ignite a profound shift. My journey, though filled with its share of struggles, is ultimately a testament to resilience and the transformative power of love and creativity. It is a reminder that no matter the challenges we face, there is always room for growth, hope, and compassion. My mission now is simple: to be a guiding light for others who may feel lost, to show them that they are never alone, and to remind them that they too have the power to create positive change in their own lives. Sending good vibes your way - Gee

Non-Executive Director
Marc Rowley
Business CEO, Leadership professional and mindfulness champion Marc Rowley feels at home talking openly with anybody about anything but especially mental health. A humorous and passionate conversationalist who wears his heart on his sleeve, he has been talking openly about, and teaching, Mindfulness, mental strengthening, and meditation across UK businesses for the past 15 years. Marc’s mental strength started very young due to his dyslexia. His school, nor parents, had access to any information about it, so just assumed Marc was not academic or bright. Knowing he wasn’t stupid and being frustrated by a system that didn’t accommodate his ways of thinking, he learnt to memorise words and used mind maps to learn. Later on, in life that mental strength was challenged with the birth of 2 daughters. Having 2 children come into your world is supposed to be the best days of your life. Unfortunately for Marc this was not the case. He had highly stressful/demanding jobs, poor coping mechanisms and a reliance on drinking and smoking. His body was constantly complaining of this destructive lifestyle and producing all sorts of aliments to slow him down. In the space of 12 months he was diagnosed with high blood pressure, glandular fever and multiple bouts of tonsillitis. Following this consistent destruction, he was later diagnosed as suffering from post-viral fatigue, stress and was bed ridden for around 4 months. With a broken body and brain, and vowing never to be like that again, Marc has spent the next years of his life becoming stronger mentally and physically. Absorbing everything to do with mind management Marc started learning how to mediate. However, it was frustrating not being able to experience that inner calmness, he found when meditating, in the day to day grind of work. This was when the search for “living in the now” commenced. Studies continued to enhance his understanding of how the brain worked and how to manage it to its fullest potential. Everything he learnt empowered him and he grew stronger each day using the new skills. He even started to be known as a ‘calming influence’ at work and work colleagues remarked on his ability to deal with all sorts of perceived stressful situations and even commented on wanting to learn how to obtain his “inner Zen”. Marc’s years of “living in the now”, a MSc in Leadership and Management and natural problem-solving abilities has helped to create a consultancy business that is looking to help all organisations become the best versions of themselves. Having so much passion for mental stability, he also offers Mindfulness in the workplace sessions for all his customers and is looking to support local mental health charities as well. Basically, wherever the message can be heard, Marc will be there.
