Hi there!

My name is Gee, and I'm the Head of Creative Communications of Buddhi. I'm also a Life Coach, and use Art Therapy throughout my session. I love all things creative, healing through laughter, and stopping to smell the roses.

My Story

I have always been a dreamer at heart, someone whose imagination knew no bounds and soared into realms where the ordinary transformed into the extraordinary. From an early age, my creativity became my refuge, a place where I could escape and immerse myself in endless possibilities. Whether I was drawing whimsical worlds, losing myself in the enchanting stories of Disney films, or having conversations with fairies and mystical creatures in the garden, I found peace in these imaginative pursuits. These moments, often fleeting yet deeply meaningful, became my sanctuary, a space where my spirit felt free and unburdened.

However, while creativity offered me an escape, it also became a bittersweet companion. School life, with all its challenges, introduced a stark contrast to the safe haven my imagination provided. The teasing and bullying I endured often left me feeling isolated and alone. My dreams, though vivid and colorful, were sometimes overshadowed by the harsh realities of being an outsider. I struggled to find friendships that felt genuine, and many days were filled with feelings of loneliness. But through it all, I learned to lean on my inner strength and stay true to who I was.

As adolescence unfolded, life presented even more obstacles, including a difficult family dynamic and emotional struggles that threatened to overshadow my sense of self. It was a time when the weight of the world seemed heavier. Yet, despite the turmoil, I remained resolute. I clung to my core values: kindness, empathy, and an unwavering belief in the power of love to heal. Though I often felt like I was walking through darkness, I knew that I had the power to bring light to others. I vowed to be a source of comfort and support for those who faced their own battles, just as I had faced mine.

This promise to myself and to the world became my guiding principle, and over time, it crystalized into a mantra that I carry with me every day: "We have enough hate, we'll never have too much love." This mantra became my compass, a reminder that in a world often rife with negativity, love is a resource that is always abundant and capable of transforming lives.

Today, I find fulfilment in my role as the Head of Creative Communications and Life Coach for Buddhi, where I am able to blend my passion for creativity with my deep commitment to helping others. Every day, I get to inspire individuals who are seeking positive change and transformation in their lives, encouraging them to embrace their own unique creative gifts and find joy in the journey. Through my work, I strive to spread kindness, joy, and the healing power of art, knowing that even the smallest spark of creativity can ignite a profound shift.

My journey, though filled with its share of struggles, is ultimately a testament to resilience and the transformative power of love and creativity. It is a reminder that no matter the challenges we face, there is always room for growth, hope, and compassion. My mission now is simple: to be a guiding light for others who may feel lost, to show them that they are never alone, and to remind them that they too have the power to create positive change in their own lives.
